Simple way to use left over mashed potatoes- and it's SOO good.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Perogies- Sour Cream dough.

8 oz Sour Cream
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 cup Potatoes, Mashed, Home-prepared, Whole Milk And Margarine Added
3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 tbsp chopped Onions
200 grams Cheddar Mild Medium Sharp or Extra Sharp

Recipe Directions for Homemade Perogies- Sour Cream dough.

  1. Mash the potatoes with the cooked bacon, fried onions and shredded cheese.

  2. Mix the sour cream and the flour into a sticky dough. Use small balls of dough to wrap around teaspoons of potato. Either put this on a cookie sheet to freeze, or boil, cool and oil them.
