1/2 cup sugar
1/8 cup sugar
1/6 cup baking cocoa

  1. In a small sauce pan combine half & half, baking cocoa, sugar. Heat on medium, stirring with a wire whisk until everything is well blended and sugar is disolved.

  2. Remove from heat and add a few drops of peppermint extract (or as much or as little as desired).
