2 cups Oatmeal
4 scoops whey protein powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
3/4 cup water

Kneed well all ingredients together. Line a square pan with wax paper. Press mixture evenly into pan and freeze for half an hour. Cut into 8 bars.
