Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Peach Cobbler

5 peaches
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe Directions for Homemade Peach Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Slice peaches and mix with 3/4 cup sugar.

  3. Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup milk, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

  4. Melt 1/4 cup butter in the bottom of a 9x13 in pan. Add peaches to cover the bottom of the pan, then pour batter on top. Do not stir together.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
