Homemade Pasta Salad. Quick and Easy!

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pasta Salad

24 oz Full Circle Rotini 100% Organic
2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
16 oz Newman's Own Family Recipe Italian Dressing
16 oz Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 head Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pasta Salad

  1. Cook 2 boxes of rotini pasta noodles as directed.

  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. Cut vegetables into quarters and add to rotini noodles.

  4. Add balsalmic vinaigrette dressing and italian dressing.

  5. Mix and serve cold in a salad bowl on top of two romaine lettuce leaves.

  6. May top with avocado slices.
