2 cups flour
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon water

  3. mix with kneading hook until stiff

  4. knead by hand for 3-4 min

  5. cover with plastic wrap for 10min

  6. rollout as thin as possible

  7. cut to desired shape

  8. makes about 8 servings (ie. raviolis)
