Makes 15 servings



(with whole wheat & white flour) you will need a pasta cutter to make this recipe (the durum semolina "cannot be found"...entered info into suggestions...should be ok soon? nevermind...still not in so entered in recipe as 'semolina'...marginal difference i'm sure)

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pasta

4 eggs
1 1/4 cup water
1 cup white flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup semolina
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade pasta

  1. Crack eggs into bowl

  2. Add water, salt and oil

  3. Add, portions at a time, flours

  4. Mix until most of the flour is absorbed then knead on counter until a smooth consistency

  5. Cut desired style of pasta with machine
