Just a basic pasta recipe with different flours.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pasta

1/2 cup egg white
2 tbs. water
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of salt
2 tbs. flax meal
1/2 cup semolina flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unbleached white flour

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pasta

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients until blended well.

  2. Add flour a little at a time until dough forms a non-sticky ball.

  3. Divide dough into 4 sections.

  4. Roll each part until 1-2mm thick.

  5. Cut into strips the appropriate size for the type of pasta you're making.

  6. Place on a dish and allow to dry for several hours.
