No eggs. One serving=3 small pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pancakes - Regular

1 3/4 cup flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pancakes - Regular

  1. Put a few pats of butter in a pan over low heat. Mix together the dry ingredients well. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients well. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture all at once. Blend just until the two mixtures are combined. Leave lumps, or pancakes will be tough. Drop 2.5 tbsp. of batter into hot pan to form each pancake. Turn over when bubbles form on each pancake.
