Readjusted again with egg whites, no yolk! Much better & still yummy! I also omitted the honey. Our fav fruit to add are blueberries. Makes 6 pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pancakes

1/2 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp serving gallo extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup egg whites
250 g 2% Partly Skimmed Milk

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pancakes

mix all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. whisk well. Add fruit of choice(i love blueberries) to your liking. have your pan good and hot, use your fav oil(avoid olive oil as it burns quickly with high heat) cook & enjoy with your fav toppings. Low in cholesterol.
