This delicious recipe can be made without the egg which will save you some calories. This recipe must be divided in at least 3.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pancakes

1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pancakes

Beat all ingredients together and pour mixture in pan and let the bubbles open up and that will tell you when it's time to flip it. Once flipped it should only take about 30 seconds to 1 min to be completely done and ready to serve. Make sure you have butter or margarine in the pan so it doesn't stick.
