For those times when you don't have pancake mix.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pancakes

1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp 67% Buttery Spread

Recipe Directions for Homemade pancakes

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Stir in egg, water and melted butter.

  3. In a pre-heated skillet, pour in one 1/4 cup of batter. Turn as needed.

  4. Makes 10 pancakes.
