This is my homemade pancake recepie

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade pancakes

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
100 grams Egg, Whole
2.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Homemade pancakes

  1. mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl

  2. mix wet ingredients in another bowl

  3. combine and mix until consistent batter is formed

  4. pour into frying pan and cook on medium

  5. serve
