Most delicious pancakes. Kids like it with chocolate chips, while I prefer it loaded with blueberries. Serving size is for 1 pancake, made from batter scooped out with a 1/3 cup measure

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pancakes

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 large Egg, Whole
16 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pancakes

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Add egg, almond milk, and oil. Stir until just moistened.

  3. Pour 1/3 cup onto hot. lightly greased griddle. Cook over medium heat about 3-4 min on each side or until pancakes are golden, turning to second side when pancakes have bubbly surfaces and edges are slightly dry. Serve warm.
