Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pancakes

1 cup white flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pancakes

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt

  2. Whisk eggs and milk

  3. Mix with the flour mixture until there are no lumps

  4. Form pancakes with 1/4 cup of batter

  5. Cook on griddle @ 375 degrees
