My mom's pancakes. Not entirely healthy, but very delicious and easy.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pancakes

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cup skim milk
3 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pancakes

  1. combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients seperately.

  2. add wet to dry and mix but do not beat.

  3. drop half cup portions onto a griddle or frying pan heated to ~350 degrees fahrenheit.
