I found this recipe online and adjusted it a tad bit to make it healthier. You can always use low fat products to make it even healthier. Enjoy : )

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Pancakes

2 eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (or to your taste)
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup white flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade Pancakes

  1. In a (medium) bowl combine: Eggs, Milk, Butter, and Vanilla Extract.

  2. In a separate (larger) bowl combine: Flour, Powder Sugar,Baking Powder, Sugar, Salt.

  3. Pour liquid mixture in to larger bowl (flour mixture) and stir until you get a batter of medium texture. If batter is too thick add more milk; if batter is too thin add more flour.

  4. Preheat pan on a medium/high heat.

  5. Pour batter until you have around a 4inch circle.

  6. Wait until one side is golden brown before flipping.

  7. And enjoy!
