Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Oven Fries and/or Hashbrowns

6 medium potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp parsley flakes

Recipe Directions for Homemade Oven Fries and/or Hashbrowns

  1. Wash and dice potatoes (do not peel) for hashbrowns or cut in length strips for fries.

  2. Pour oil and seasonings on a baking sheet and mix well, rub all over sheet and toss potatoes in this oil spice mixture.

  3. Put in oven at 425 degrees F for 30 min.

  4. Turn after 15 min.
