Recipe Ingredients for Homemade oven chips

10 ounces potatoes, chipped
1 tablespoons sunflower oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade oven chips

Peel and make potatoes into chips and place into a pan of salted water, just covering them. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes. Drain chips thoroughly and tranfer into a bowl, put oil in the bowl and thoroughly coat the chips in the oil and tranfer the oiled chips onto a baking tray and cook chips one shelf down from top of the oven for 30 minutes at gas mark 7. Chips are ready when they are golden coloured and middles are soft.
