Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Olive Tapenade

500 g Pitted Black Olives
10 Manzanilla Pimiento Stuffed Olives (olives)
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 roasted red pepper
1 tsp fresh thyme
2 tbsn fresh basil
2 tbsn fresh parsley
1 tbsn fresh oregano
1/8 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Olive Tapenade

chop olives and red pepper, add lemon items, food process herbs and oil, press garlic into oil mixture and whisk with fork, add oil mixture to olives to taste
