this is to be added to chicken soup and would have about 1/4 cup per serving

Recipe Ingredients for homemade noodles

2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Baking Powder
4 oz Water
0.5 oz Seasoned Salt

Recipe Directions for homemade noodles

  1. flour and season salt -baking powder mix in bowl. add egg and add ice cold water and mix in to flour mixture. knead and roll out on floured surface and let dry out over night with tea towel over it.

  2. after dryed out cut in to strips and then cut across making noodle about 1" by 2" --when chicken soup comes to boil place in pan and cook until tender
