Recipe Ingredients for Homemade noodles

4.5 cup Enriched Unbleached White Flour
6 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Homemade noodles

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth. If too dry, add small amounts of water until right consistency.

  2. Shape very, very thin - by whatever method you choose.

  3. Add to boiling water and boil for approx. 3 minutes.
