2 quarts of homemade yogurt made in a yogurt machine

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade nonfat plain yogurt

2 quarts nonfat milk
1 cup nonfat dry milk
3 tbls nonfat plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Homemade nonfat plain yogurt

Combine milk and dry milk and bring to just a boil. Cool to about 40 C and add yogurt as a starter. Follow instructions on whatever yogurt machine you have.
