1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup coconut

  1. Very good for you. Use no sugar added peanut butter and substitute coconut oil for butter when you can.

  2. Mix all ingredients and put in the fridge until hardened. They will last for a few days to a week.
