1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 leek Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)

Recipe Directions for Homemade Mushroom Soup

saute onions and leeks in butter, add mushrooms, cook for 1 hour. Add1 cup of white wine. Use immersion blender to puree. Salt and pepper to taste. YUM!
