Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Muesli

1 1/2 c. oats
1/4 cup apple juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. almonds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
3 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp flaked coconut
1/2 c. dried blueberries
1/2 c. raspberries
1 c. yogurt
1/2 c. nectarines
1/2 c. milk

Recipe Directions for Homemade Muesli

  1. Preheat the oven to 315 degrees.

  2. Place all the ingredients, except for blueberries, in a large bowl and stir well to combine.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly over a large baking tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring occassionally until lightly browned.

  4. Remove from the oven, allow to cool then add the blueberries. (If you can't get dried blueberries, use currants or sultanas or a mixture of both).

  5. Serve with the raspberry swirl yogurt, nectarines and milk.
