Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Muesli Bar

1 cup Sesame Seed Kernels, Toasted
55 grams Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
110 grams Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Toasted
1/2 cup, hulled Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
1/2 cup Pumpkin And Squash Seeds, Whole, Roasted
1 cup Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned
150 grams Mixed Fruit Dried
10 tsp Pure Raw Honey
1 oz (22 whole kernels) Almonds, Dry Roasted
5 tablespoon Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter
55 grams Unsalted Butter
100 grams Brown Sugar

Recipe Directions for Homemade Muesli Bar

Mix and toast nuts, oats, wheat germ, seeds and coconut in dry fry pan...melt sugar, honey and peanut butter in small pan...combine all ingredients and press into baking paper lined trays...refridgerate until ready. YUM!
