Quick and easy meatloaf. Not healthy, but a crowd pleaser. Can substitue ground turkey to make healthier.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Meatloaf

6 oz. Stove Top Stuffing
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 eggs
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Recipe Directions for Homemade Meatloaf

  1. Reserve 1/2 of the bbq sauce. Mix remaining ingredients.

  2. Shape into loaf pan.

  3. Top with remaining BBQ sauce.

  4. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
