Fill 2 8-inch loaf pans, half to 3/4 full. Slice into 8 slices per loaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Meatloaf

2.26 lbs 80%-20% ground beef
1/2 cup italian style bread crumbs
1 large onion, grated
1 large egg
1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper and italian seasoning
6 oz can tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Homemade Meatloaf

  1. Hand mix all ingredients in large bowl. Split mixture in half. Put each half into separate loaf pan.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.

  3. Slice into 8 slices per pan.
