Cream fresh whole food mayonnaise with no preservatives.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Mayonnaise

1 raw egg yolk
8 ounces avocado oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp dry ground mustard

Recipe Directions for Homemade Mayonnaise

  1. Whisk egg yolk with lemon juice and vinegar a moment.

  2. Continue whisking while adding oil one drop at at a time until it begins to thicken and get fluffly

  3. Continue to add oil in a thin stream while whisking until all oil is added.

  4. Let set for about an hour then refrigerate. Will keep 3 or 4 days.
