0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Homemade Mashed Potatoes

  1. 4 medium potatoes cut up with skins and boiled until tender.

  2. 1/4 cup of smart balance

  3. 1/2 cup of 2% milk.

  4. Add the Smart balance and milk and mash together until until creamy.
