2.5 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2.5 tsp Yeast
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce Roasted Garlic
0.5 cup Mozzarella, Low Moisture, Part Skim, Shredded
2.5 medium raw Tomato Roma
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 ounce Asiago Cheese

Recipe Directions for Homemade Margherita Pizza

Roll out the dough, then add a little sauce and cheese. Then add basil. Put thinly sliced roma tomatoes all around the pizza then more mozarella and asiago cheese on top. Bake at 450 degrees F on a pizza stone for about 10 minutes.
