Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Manicotti

2 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
16 ounces Ground Pork
16 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1 cup Diced Tomatoes
14 oz Shells Medium Dry
2 cup Old World Style Traditional Jar
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tbsp Oregano, Ground
1 tbsp Rosemary, Dried
1 clove Garlic
0.25 medium raw Onion Yellow

Recipe Directions for Homemade Manicotti

Mix ground beef and ground pork. Add chopped garlic and onion to meat mixture. Brown meat. Drain and rinse fat. Cook pasta while meat browns. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, tomatoes and herbs in large dish. Add cooked meat. Mix. Spoon cooked stuffing into shells. Place stuffed shell into pan. Fill pan. Add 1/2 pasta sauce over first layer. Fill rest of shells. Add rest of pasta sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
