Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Manicotti

1 box Manicotti Dry
2 cup Ricotta, Whole Milk Cheese
10 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
4 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 cup Spinach
4 clove Garlic
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 medium Egg, Whole
3 cup Tomato Basil Marinara

Recipe Directions for Homemade Manicotti

  1. Combine container of ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese (save 1/2 for the top), crushed garlic, diced spinach, 1/2 of the paremsan cheese, italian seasoning to large mixing bowl.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Put mixture into large ziplock bag.

  4. Cut one corner of bag.

  5. Mix marinara sauce with water.

  6. Spray 8x13 inch pan.

  7. Put a couple of tbsps of sauce to cover bottom of pan.

  8. Pump cheese mixture into ready made manicotti noodles.

  9. Lay in one layer in bottom of pan, unitl all noodles are used.

  10. Cover the noodles with the rest of the sauce.

  11. Sprinkle with mozza and parmesan cheese.

  12. Cover and bake @ 350 for 45-50 minutes.

  13. I like to remove the foil for the last 15 minutes to brown the cheese a little.
