1 cup elbow shaped Macaroni
1 dash Salt, Table
0.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
0.1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

  1. cook macaroni

  2. Make a white sauce - mix flour, salt & milk. microwave for 1-4 minutes to heat and thicken. Add cheese to sauce

  3. Combine sauce and macaroni.
