I prefer to add a can of diced tomato with only 1 can of tomatoe soup. also nice - add diced ham or bacon

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Macaroni & Cheese Bake

8 cups uncooked macaroni
375 g light cheddar cheese
2 cans tomato soup
1/3 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Homemade Macaroni & Cheese Bake

  1. boil water

  2. reduce heat and add pasta

  3. cook pasta until el dente

  4. strain

  5. add cheese (save some for top), tomoato soup, catchup

  6. mix well

  7. top with cheese

  8. bake @ 425o for 10 minutes
