Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Macaroni & Cheese with Bacon and Onion

4 cup (dry) Enriched Macaroni Product
8 oz Colby
4 oz Sharp Cheddar
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
6 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
24 fl oz Milk

Recipe Directions for Homemade Macaroni & Cheese with Bacon and Onion

  1. Cook six slices of bacon, crumble and set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 375

  3. Cook noodles according to package instructions.

  4. Shred 8 oz of Colby Jack cheese and 4oz's Sharp Cheddar.

  5. Chop onion equaling half a cup or less depending on your preference.

  6. Spray large cooking dish and add noodles. Top with shredded cheese, onion, bacon. Mix well.

  7. Add 2 cans of evaporated milk to mixture.

  8. Put in oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove when golden and bubbly.
