Homemade mac n cheese, easy and way better than chemical mac n cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Mac n cheese

18 oz sour cream
36 oz cottage cheese
4 cup cheddar
2 eggs
1 box macaroni
1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Homemade Mac n cheese

  1. Cook the pasta

  2. mix sour cream, cottage cheese, dijon mustard, and eggs

  3. Add in 3/4 of the cheddar, some cream or milk if the mixture seems dry.

  4. Add cooked pasta. You may leave some out and mix to see if all pasta is needed. It should look like pudding, not pasta with sauce.

  5. Pour in buttered ceramic dish, top with the remaining cheese and put in oven for 35min at 400F.
