Low Gylcemic Granola - super easy to make - really tasty

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Low G Granola

7 c. Rolled Oats
3 c. Almonds
2 c. Raisins
1/2 c. Hulled Hemp Seed
168 g. Agave Nectar
1/2 c. Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/2 c. Walnut Oil
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade Low G Granola

  1. Mix dry (reserve dry fruit to add later)

  2. Mix wet (with cinnamon and salt)

  3. Mix well together

  4. Spread on 2 sheet pans

  5. Bake @ 250 for 1 hour and 15 minutes - mixing every 15 minutes.

  6. Let cool, add dried fruit.
