Homemade lentil soup. My favorite receipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Lentil Soup

2 cup Lentils
2 Medium Tomatoes
2 cup, diced Celery
3 clove Garlic
1 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup, mashed Sweetpotato

Recipe Directions for Homemade Lentil Soup

  1. Boil water, place raw lentils in a container and fill it with water. Let them rest until they absorb all the water.

  2. On a big pot, put chiken broth cube, celery, garlic and tomatos sliced, put water and finally the lentils. Cooke for 50 minutes first at high heat until soup boils, then reduce heat and keep an eye. Good luck!!!
