Serving size is 1/2 Cup. Also need to add 2 tsp unflavored gelatin and 10 tbsp water for egg substitute.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Ice Cream

2 cups granulated sugar
2 cans evaporated milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon extract
5 cups fat-free milk

Recipe Directions for Homemade Ice Cream

  1. Beat granulated sugar and egg substitute until firm

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix

  3. Place in ice cream maker and mix following instructions for ice cream maker
