2 garlic cloves 2 green onions, 15 oz garbanzo beans drained, 1/4c. tahini 3 to 4 tbl. lemon or lime juice 2 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp cumin dash cayenne salt and pepper dash paprika the consistency looks like peanutbutter tahini is a sesame seed paste,comes in a can, trader joes or a organic food store is the best place to look, it will last a long time

15 oz Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
2 oz Organic Sesame Tahini
9 Teaspoon Juice
10 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
