Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Hummus

1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
4 oz Juice
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
4 ounce Roasted Peppers
2 tsp Garlic
0.25 cup Oikos Yogurt
2 serving Ground Cumin
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
1 serving Cayenne Pepper

Recipe Directions for Homemade Hummus

Blend together in food processor. May want to saute' onions and spices in Pam sprayed pan first.
