This is off the back of a bag of lentil chips. You could probably skip the olive oil, parsley, and paprika since the get drizzled on top at the end.

Recipe Ingredients for homemade hummus dip

1/3 cup tahini
1 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs olive oil
1 pinch paprika
1 tsp fresh parsley
2 cups garbanzo beans
1/4 cups lemon juice

Recipe Directions for homemade hummus dip

  1. Put garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer mixture to a serving or storage bowl.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
