Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Hommus

2 g salt
6 g Garlic
15 g Tahini
164 g Chick Peas
100 ml Lemon juice
50 ml water

Recipe Directions for Homemade Hommus

  1. Blend all together in food processor till smooth.

  2. Taste and add more lemon or water if it is too thick.

  3. Don't use canned beans if you can use soaked boiled dry beans, it tastes a lot better. Cook the beans till they are quite soft.
