Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Healthy Yogurt Dessert

1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1 tsp honey
6 almonds
7/20 ounces dark chocolate

Recipe Directions for Homemade Healthy Yogurt Dessert

  1. In a glass custard dish, drizzle the honey over the berries.

  2. Thaw the frozen berries in the microwave for 30 seconds on regular settings.

  3. Stir in yogurt, and 'mush' berries at same time.

  4. Mix in almonds, and break chocolate square into little tidbits (recommend using 1 square of a large bar of Lindt dark chocolate, with at least 70% cacao).
