Recipe Ingredients for Homemade hamburgers

2 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
1 c chopped onions
1/4 c parsley flakes
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Homemade hamburgers

  1. Heat skillet or griddle on medium high setting.

  2. Place ground beef in large mixing bowl.

  3. Add all seasonings.

  4. Gently blend ingredients to mix well.

  5. Separate mixture into nine round portions.

  6. Flatten into desired size patty.

  7. Place in skillet and cook to preference.
