Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Guacamole

1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cloves, raw Garlic
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 serving Pepper Sauce

Recipe Directions for Homemade Guacamole

  1. Dice garlic, onion, and jalapeno pepper.

  2. Peel avocado from skin.

  3. Combine avocado with garlic, onion, and jalapeno.

  4. Mash to desired consistency.

  5. Add diced tomato.

  6. Add tabasco sauce as desired.

  7. Add salt and pepper as desired.

  8. Squeeze fresh lime over mixture.

  9. Mix and serve.
