Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Green Machine

3 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit, (Chinese Gooseberries), Fresh
1.5 cup, sliced Mangos
0.5 cup, diced Pineapple
0.5 cup slices Peaches
1 tsp Minced Ginger
1 cup Apple Juice
8 serving Green Superfood Energy Powder

Recipe Directions for Homemade Green Machine

  1. Super Cube Ingredients:

  2. 3 kiwi, peeled

  3. 1 mango, about 1 1/2 cups peeled and chopped

  4. 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  5. 1/2 cup sliced peaches

  6. 1 teaspoon minced ginger

  7. 8 scoops of greens powder, or about 1/2 cup

  8. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine.  Divide greens puree into ice cube trays and freeze.  Once frozen, empty cubes into a freezer bag and use within 3 months.

  9. Smoothie Ingredients:

  10. 3 green supercubes

  11. 1 cup apple juice

  12. 1 ripe banana

  13. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Makes a 1 1/2 cups of thick juice.

  14. Calories in pre-frozen mix: 488

  15. Calories per serving: 290
