Super thick homemade Greek Yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Greek Yogurt

8 cup Organic Fat Free Milk
1 cup Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
2 oz Fat Free Plain

Recipe Directions for Homemade Greek Yogurt

  1. Heat milks to 180 degrees but not boiling.

  2. Allow to cool to 105 degrees. Add 4 tablespoons of starter culture (yogurt) and let sit in warm area until set 4(4 to 5 hours)

  3. Strain through cheesecloth overnight or until desired thickness.
